This is a family favorite and especially Ginger and Nick. It is a great make-ahead dish and good during holidays.
1 box Honey Graham Crackers
2 sm. pkg. Instant French Vanilla Pudding
3 c. milk
1 lg. (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can Milk Chocolate Frosting
Mix pudding mix and milk until thick (about 3 minutes). Gently stir in Cool Whip. Layer crackers and pudding mix in 9"x12" pan starting with crackers and ending with crackers (3 layers). Microwave frosting 30-40 seconds or until will pour. Pour over top of crackers (last layer). Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Cut into serving pieces.
