PANCAKES/WAFFLES

2 1/2 c. plain flour
4 t. baking powder
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 t. soda
2 c. buttermilk
4 T. oil

Mix all together until smooth.  Pour 2 tablespoons on hot griddle for each pancake.  Cook on high until light brown (about 1-2 minutes).  Turn and cook til light brown.  Makes about 24 smallish pancakes. 

This is a family favorite.  Ashley, Amber and Ginger love them with mini chocolate chips.  Johnny and I like them with fresh blueberries.  We also like them cooked in the waffle maker.
