BRAN MUFFINS

1 1/4 c. plain flour
3 t baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. bran flakes
1/14 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. oil

Stir all together.  Grease muffin tin.  Makes 12 muffins.  Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.  This recipe doubles well and keeps in the refrigerate for several weeks.

This has been a family favorite for well over 30 years.  Tonya almost lived off these for many years.
