CHRISTMAS EGG BAKE

3 c. (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3 c. (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1 small can mushrooms, drained & chopped
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/2 med. red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 med. green bell pepper, chopped
8 oz. cooked ham, julienned
1/2 c. plain flour
1 3/4 c. milk
2 T. snipped fresh parsley
8 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. oleo

Saute' onion, peppers and mushrooms in oleo.  In large bowl toss both cheeses together.  Sprinkle half cheese in bottom of large baking dish.  Put sauteed veggies over cheese layer.  Put layer of ham over veggies.  Mix all other remaining ingredients and pour over all in baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes berfore cutting into squares. 

This is a family fav on Christmas morning for many years.
