HERB MUFFINS

 2 c. plain flour
1 t. salt
1 T. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 T. parsley
2 t. tarragon
2 t. chives
4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix first 5 ingredients together well.  Add herbs and cheese.  Place in 12 greased muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.
