Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Wash fresh sweet banana peppers and split lengthwise. Take seeds and membrane out and discard. Arrange them open side up on a baking sheet and sprinkle liberally with salt (sea salt in best). Place extra sharp cheddar cheese inside peppers. Toast or grill until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
