BBQ RIBS

1 slab of pork ribs (pull off membrane from back)
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. Jack Daniel's Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
2 oz. grape jelly
1 Reynolds large turkey bag

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Remove membrane from ribs, season them and place into the baking bag and seal.  Puncture a very small hole in the middle of the bag.  Place into a long baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Mix BBQ sauce and jelly together until smooth and sit aside.  Remove ribs from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees, remove ribs from the bag and place back into the dish.  Brush on the mixed sauce and place back into oven uncovered for approximately 25 minutes.  These ribs will be a little dark because of the dark sauce, but can fool anyone to thinking you spent all day smoking these things on a slow cooker.

Yum!!!
